Ok, well if you are reading this, hopefully my first Post hasn't scared you off. So, here's a rundown of who I am and why you should give me a chance, as well as what I am looking for. I am 30, 5' 10" tall, with a full beard and glasses. I am an animal lover, and have 3 cats and a dog. They are non-negotiable, and if you won't respect them, then I'm not the guy for you. Here's a little bit about myself:

I'm also in pretty good shape; you could accuse me of being a bit of an exercise junkie, but there's worse alternatives I think. When I'm not at the gym, or taking care of life's minutiae, I'm telling myself I should read or write more. But a lot of the time I end up watching a movie or Ice Road Truckers. Or Mad Men.

Sometimes I do actually read though. I enjoy many styles and authors, including Raymond Carver, Kurt Vonnegut, Shakespeare (been a long time though), some non-fiction, and I've even read one of the Harry Potter books. I'm not sure which one; it had a flying car in it. It's also the only HP movie I've seen too. It wasn't my favorite movie of all time, but it was okay. Here's some of my favorites: The Big Lebowski, Blade Runner, Brazil, and next in my queue is 9 and Zombieland. I will never see any glittery vampire movies. Someday I would love to write a good film. It would be a nice change of pace.

Other than that I'm sincere, genuine, and trustworthy. And I'm a sports fan, more specifically Broncos and Avalanche.

What I'm hoping for:

I would love it if Sarah Palin makes you wince, and if you listen to Fox News it's just to see what they're up to. Not that the Dems are saints, but you know. I would also love someone who's somewhat well read and will also run a 5k with me (we don't have to win). You're a little younger than me, I think. Only because I'm youthful in my attitude and appearance (that sounds *way* better than "immature"). Somewhere between 26.5 years of age and up to maybe 36? Wow, oddly specific minimum, isn't it?
