Well.I find myself here on my computer trolling the web pages of this site.But what the hell, you're reading this-so I don't feel that bad.
First off, lets get through the superficial about me: I am 6'0", tall and slender. I have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. I take care of myself, so I look a fairly younger than my actual age. I am tat2ed and think that I am a pretty decent looking lad. If you were to "pigeonhole" me into a social category, I suppose that you could call me a "hipster". And although I particularly loathe that term, I do have several pair of skinny jeans and an equal amount of v-neck t-shirts.
Now, on to the regular stuff: I have a great job, make a decent living and I love what I do. I am the owner of my own small business. I am very passionate about my craft and take it very seriously.
My first love is music. I probably come across as 1 of those rando indie music snobs, and although I do listen to mostly indie music, I also have some diversity in my music choices (I still love the classics-Motown, Beatles, 50's and 60's jazz, etc.) and I even have a dirty secret or 2 in my music collection as well (perhaps an artist with a $ in her name-shut up! that song is catchy). I also enjoy going to shows, although I don't get out to them as often as I would like.
I like good food and going to nice places to eat. For example: Ellas, Refinery, Laughing Cat, Living Room.but don't get me wrong-I also enjoy the occasional trip to Red Lobster or the Olive Garden.just to balance it all out with cheddar biscuits and/or salad and breadsticks.
I enjoy the nerdy things in life as well: Video Games (although I am a total button masher.I can roll up a sweet katamari), Role Playing Games-as in old school like Dungeons and Dragons.with dice.and graph paper, pretty much anything Sci-Fi/Fantasy (Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings. Star Wars, Star Trek), Anime/Manga, Comic Books, etc. Again, I don't let these things necessarily dominate my existence, but I do enjoy staying apprised of all things nerdy.
My sense of humor is pretty dry and snarky. My top 5 favorite TV shows are: Archer, Venture Bros., Parks & Recreation, Arrested Development, and SNL. And movies-let's not even go there right now, but for every funny movie I love there is also an equally classic 1 that I enjoy (don't hate on the classics).
I also think that I'm effing hilarious, but I guess that you would have to be the judge of that.
So, that's me in a nutshell.I hope that I sound like a well rounded, well dressed and worldly sort of fellow.
I am hoping to meet some1 who is h1st and genuine and who is into at least some of the same things that I'm into. I am really missing that female companionship in my life and it would be nice to go to dinner or a show with some1 who complimented me nicely, and also who's face I wanted to make out with (I tend to have a penchant for the tall, skinny, grandma-chic dressing ladies with cool haircuts.I know-I already used the word hipster once here, so I'm attempting to refrain).
